- Reschedule Policy
At L’arc Lavisha Spa, your appointments are specifically dedicated to you. We recognize that plans can change, so we have established the following guidelines for modifications:
- Free Reschedule with 1 Day’s Notice: You can modify your appointment at no charge if you provide at least 1 day’s notice before the scheduled time.
- No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without any prior notice, the full reserved service amount will be forfeited.
- Rescheduling Limit: Subject to the conditions stated above, you are allowed to reschedule your appointment up to a maximum of 3 times. Any rescheduling beyond this limit will be considered a no-show, and the full reserved service amount will be forfeited.
- Late Arrival
If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled customer. The full service fee will still apply.
- Refund Policy
- Refunds are typically not provided. Please direct any complaints to larc@lavishamsia.com Upon receiving your complaint and refund request, our spa manager will initiate an investigation. We will contact you to discuss the issue and determine if a refund is warranted. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis following the investigation.
- Should a refund be approved, the method of refund—whether as a credit to the original payment method or an alternative arrangement—will be at the spa’s discretion. All relevant fees or deductions will be applied to the refund amount including a processing fee or deduction for any applicable cancellation charges.
- Please note that the result of our management’s investigation on all complaint or refund request shall be final.
- Services Policy
- We are delighted that you are interested in purchasing our services. All services at L’arc Lavisha Spa are subject to suitability assessments. If you are not certain about your suitability, you can consult with our staff for recommendations to ensure that the services you choose align with your preferences and needs.
- We make no warranties or representations regarding the results of our services. While we strive to provide high-quality treatments and services, individual results may vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from the use of our services. All services are provided on an “as-is” basis without any express or implied warranty of any kind.
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to your appointment. This ensures that we can provide you with the best possible care and tailor our services to your needs.
- If the treatment area is on your body (not face), please arrive at your appointment well hydrated. Ideally, you should hydrate 2 days before and on the day of the treatment as this will result in a more comfortable and efficacious treatment.
- We reserve the right to assign any staff member to provide services to you. This may include changing the assigned staff member even if you’ve requested or designated a specific staff. Our goal is to ensure the highest quality of service, and we appreciate your understanding and flexibility in this matter.
